roaming cats cat urine
I found several cats roaming around the communal areas of the hotel. One jumped on my table while I was getting my breakfast. I also noticed a distinct smell of cat urine. Seriously?!

Solid Stay with Notable Breakfast
clean room diverse buffet friendly staff
My visit included a clean, well kept room. I booked a stay for dental work and found the room design ideal for rest. The breakfast buffet was diverse, I found a good range of options there. The staff was friendly and cute. They created a familial atmosphere.
The air conditioning system did not function properly . I found it difficult to sleep due to a very warm room. This issue impacted my overall experience negatively. I hope for the improvements to prevent future discomfort.

Reception staff offered quick support. The breakfast staff, including a very friendly lady named Fatima, delivered great service. Every member of the staff has shown a willingness to assist with a positive attitude, I felt welcomed.

Fantastic stay near the coast
clean rooms fresh breakfast friendly personnel regular cleaning
The rooms were cleaned daily. We received fresh towels and bedding regularly. The provided toiletries, including shampoo and lotion, smelled wonderful (they had a distinct pomegranate scent!). The breakfast offered many options, and everything tasted fresh. The personnel were very friendly.
The outdoor seating area was quite small and shared with several cats.

poor a c stale melon
This place was not exactly awesome. My room, a double room, was smaller than i expected. The air conditioning barely worked and i roasted all night. The breakfast buffet had the same sad selection every morning. I swear the melon aged noticeably each day.
